Substation Project Manager/Engineer - Billings, MT

We are looking for a Substation Project Manager/Engineer to join a Power Delivery Design Center in Billings, MT. Senior level electrical engineering position with a focus on design, upgrades and expansions of substations up to 500kV. Will be responsible for managing clients, projects and design teams. Will lead QA/QC on all substation projects and mentor junior level staff in the substation group. Projects are throughout the US and will be expected to lead design efforts while providing mentoring for junior technical staff. Will serve as client and project manager on larger projects.

Requirements

•BSEE
•Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
•15+ years of substation design up to 500 kV experience is required
•Specific experience performing all aspects associated with substation design including: One Line Diagrams, General Arrangements, Sections, Grounding, Conduit Plans, Foundation Plans, Material Lists, Relay and Control Systems, Control Schematics and Wiring Diagrams
•Experience managing/mentoring staff and providing technical leadership
•Strong client and project management skills are required
